This will let him improve the blood temperature when its cold, gets some physiological changes in the body inorder to cope up with the stress and the stressors. These good stress is essential in today’s competitive world. On the other hand , bad stress is the state which will make the person feel that he is of no use to anyone. He will create a feeling of lonely in his mind. These feelings are bought by himself thinking about the past and imagining something which never happens. These thoughts will resists the blood flow in the body which will make difficult for the oxygen to get into all parts of the body. As a result, some of the physiological functions of body gets affected. PreventionsThese bad stress could be removed from their minds only with a positive attitude. Mingling with people with positive attitude and engaging himself always with work will help him not to get into this state. |
