Stress and Anxiety

Danger to Life

Medically, it has been established that chronic symptoms of anxiety and stress can crumble our body's immune system. Irrespective of the nature of the causes of stress real or perceived our subconscious mind reacts with the same body response by releasing stress hormones equal to the degree of our fear, worry or sense of threat. The level of hormone released apparently affects the major source of recall and memory function When the extra chemicals in our bloodstream don't get used up or the stress situation persists, it makes our body prone to mental and physical illnesses. Stress makes you to become anxious, and anxiety increases stress because of which you would be prone to many situations that would lead you even to death. Anxiety is a very uneasy feeling that has to be overcome to a great extent.

How to Deal With Anxiety

When you are frightened of something you will be able to identify about the thing that makes you scared, but once you are filled with anxiety it becomes very difficult for you to identify the actual thing that has caused a threat in you. You have to undergo courses of meditation and yoga to properly and systematically overcome all the aspects that lead to stress in your life which further leads to anxiety. Even though I have mentioned about the meditation that can be practiced it might not work properly in few individuals. Some people might experience more anxiety and stress and more hormones that are responsible to increase stress would be produced, so one has to carefully analyze oneself before giving a try over the various approaches of stress management.

Self Help

You must understand the issue, problem or symptom you are experiencing before you can realistically try to figure out what to do about it. As a first step towards self-help, take steps to understand the nature of your problem or issue. You may not want to admit your own role in creating or maintaining the problem, and instead, inappropriately blame others for your own failings. Do your best to relax, to be honest. Find ways to measure progress you make towards accomplishing each of your problem goals, so that you will always know where your problem holds its starting point Even when you understand what your problem is, it may be too big and too well established for you to figure out how to fix all at once. Instead of trying to tackle the entire problem all at once, break it down into manageable parts. Then, make a plan on how to solve it.
