Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

Excessive stress has been implicated as a contributing factor to many illnesses, especially the big killers including heart disease and cancer. You have to have a good diet to control your stress ,too much of food will increase your appetite and would serve to increase your fat content. You have to change your diet in such away that you eat food that holds less fat content and increase in protein content, this would reduce your mental stress to a great extent.

Exercise Regularly:

There are many stress management techniques that can be followed and this would successfully guide you on how to reduce stress. Exercises can be done on a regular basis to alleviate stress. Do the exercises regularly so that your body is kept inline. These practices would serve to give you a high level of self –confidence.

Nature

Instead of going in for exercises and meditation the best way to reduce the stress is to consume the things that the nature produces. It would include one of the most popular herbal remedies for dealing with stress anxiety and depression in everyday life is that of St. John's Wort. There is also yet another herbal remedy named Kava Kava, It serves to reduce anxiety and stress to a great extent.

Health

Food

See to it that you have food that has low fat content and more proteins and vitamins instead of having junk food.

Family

You can overcome stress to a great extent by sharing the day today happenings with your family, go take them out for dinner have fun and forget all your worries. Go watch a funny movie and try laughing as much as you can to relieve yourself from stress.

Good Relation

A sexual relation is very much capable of eliminating stress, and helps you to overcome anxiety.
