Stress is a preventive measure taken up by the body to handle the impeding danger. This stress will produce excess energy which could be used to tackle the event of danger. There are situations where in the stress level will rise to such an extent that it will affect his work. Though stress makes us complete our job before the deadline, the stress will reduce the productivity of the person at work at high levels. Thus care has to be taken not to get into too much of stress. the stress even affect our health and there are cases where excess stress has resulted in mental problems in some people. More over if the job is already a stress full like the police man, firefighters, etc. then there are chances that he may get into excess stress. Thus these people has to perform some stress management techniques in order to reduce the effects of stress on our body. Once we are able to tackle the stress situations of our own, there is no worry about excess stress.

Ways to manage stress at work

Stress can be handled in many ways. There are also healthier and non healthier ways to control stress. Yoga and mediations are the best techniques to tackle the stress. Yoga and meditation will help our body gain control of each and every part of our body. Thus we will be even able to control the air circulation into our body which will reduce the effects of stress. these techniques if performed regularly will result in effectively handling the stress situations t work. Another way to tackle the stress is by ourselves. By knowing the stress source we will be able to identify the ways to tackle these stress. This takes time and is not guaranteed because, we may find a wrong stress source , but in reality they may not be the cause of stress. Another wise way to handle the stress at work is to engage ourselves in some tasks always. Some people will take up smoking and drinking to tackle the stress situations. These steps will lead to negative impacts on our health and the situation will go even worse than before.

Effects of Stress At Work

Excess stress definitely causes hindrance to our work. It will make us do nothing other than thinking about the stress. Managers with a excess stress will show their anger towards their fellow workers which will show a bad reputation among the colleagues. Excess Stress will reduce the productivity of the work. More over excess stress will make us mentally unfit for the work.
