Stress HeadachesWhenever we get tensed or stressed we will feel a mild head ache. This is natural. This is one of the symptoms of excess stress. One of the ways to prevent this headaches is to reduce or control the stress. There are many stress management techniques available now to do it. People may also take one aspirin to get rid o the head aches. Cause of HeadachesThe main cause of the head aches is due to excess stress. When we are in stress our muscles contracts. Similarly to muscles in the brain gets contracted. These muscles will use more oxygen during this time and will produce more toxins inside the brain which results in the head aches. Once the stress is gone, the muscles expand the toxin gets removed automatically thus removing the head aches. Some of the medicines are available to temporarily remove the head aches, but it is not a better solution for a long time run. The reason why we get this head aches is when we watch the computer for a long time or when we think about something for a long time. Also it is caused when we get excess stress. Stress is something which we can prevent by performing some of the stress management techniques. These stress techniques will be effective in reducing the stress effects. There are also some of the medicines available which will reduce the stress as well as the head aches. Though we can use medication for these head aches, it will have ill effects on our health. Prevention of StressSome of the ways to prevent or remove this head aches caused due to the stress are explained as follows. It is always better to have a walk after sitting in a place for a long time. This will relax our muscles thus reducing the head aches. Also we can perform some of the relaxing exercises to treat the head aches due to stress. Another one way of reducing the effect of head ache is by placing some ice packs behind the necks which will ease the muscles in the neck face and head. Taking few deep breathes will also ease the pressure of the head due to the stress. These deep breathes will help in getting in more oxygen which will help in diluting the effects of toxic inhaled oxygen. Most simple of the above mentioned methods to reduce the head aches is to day dream about some thing which we like the most. |
