A process of muscle testing is used to detect flaws in the balance of the body which cause emotional problems. Other helpful means include yoga and meditation. This helps a person’s mind to be in the moment. People should try not to be overwhelmed by emotional stress. Instead try to understand what triggered it and how to prevent it.

One should keep in mind that emotional stress can become a health problem if not taken care of .It can deplete energy from the body, cause ulcers, insomnia, high blood pressure and heart disease. Although positive emotional stress brings flavor to our lives, negative emotions can do the opposite. Try to be positive.
